Joel Snyder was our realtor, he came out and gave us assessment of what we needed to do to get our house ready for sale. We took a while to call him back but when we did, he picked up right where we left off with no problem. He explained everything to us and scheduled the photographer which is a nice touch, and posted it on different sites and scheduled an open house super quick. I cannot say enough good things from KNE with the experience we had. To start the process of looking at homes was made so easy and streamlined only seeing those we were interested in as well as an industry analysis to know if it would pass VA inspection off the initial observation.
