We have been very fortunate since KNC caregivers started caring for our mom in July 2023. Kim (caregiver/employer), Naya (caregiver), and Erica (caregiver) have been extremely respectful, empathetic caregivers, and trustworthy professionals while making sure Mom is always safe. I have been especially thankful for their loyalty to her whenever she has needed extra help with others by explaining that she just needs more patience due to her needs. KNC Caregivers have taken great care of Mom. They have been caring, loving, creative, and professional. Also, they have kept lines of communication open with our family.
Kim, Erica, and Naia care for my Mom. Under Kim’s direction, they have met all of the desires that an elderly person and her family are looking for: 1), perceptive identification of new challenges and needs, 2) kind, patient, and gentle care, 3) preserving autonomy while providing assistance when needed, and 4) excellent communication with my Mom and my family. We have been very satisfied with KNC caregivers!
My family had an outstanding experience, which was incredibly important during a difficult time. Kim is a compassionate and professional caregiver. Her attentive and respectful manner was greatly appreciated. Her reliability was such an important and appreciated part of the experience. Having used another service before, which was plagued by poor service, we were in a unique position to fully appreciate the quality of care provided by KNC.
