So far so good. The salesperson on the phone was nice and friendly I'm heading there later today. Can't wait to see the car I want in person.
Had a great experience buying from the used car lot. Steve was so easy to talk with and made us enjoy the experience! It didn't take more than an hour and we were able to get in a drive away with our new (used) car! It was a an enjoyable experience. Our family plans on going back for another car soon. I love there Benz dealership the staff is always friendly. When I go to the parts counter they're very helpful easy to work with and never pushy and offer great advice.
Do NOT buy a car here. I paid 112k cash for a new Land Rover last month. They did not register the car because they messed up the paperwork and now the vehicle cannot be driven until its resolved. Their top people Peter Gioulos and Jim Aussino have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They ignore emails and phone calls and if you do get them on the phone they say "there is nothing I can do" and hang up before you can respond. They act like little children that run and hide. Top notch service , the service manager bent over backwards to make sure my time spent there was absolutely terrific , nice to go to a dealership that really cares about their customers
