Range Rover salesman blatantly ignored me and my questions about the vehicle I was interested in buying. After days with no answers, I had to find out from a different staff member that the Range Rover I was waiting to hear back on, was now on hold. Extremely unprofessional and I was not valued as a customer at all.

They are the best dealership I have been to. We had a terrible day at other places. We come here and got nothing but A+ customer service. Al was our salesman, he did an amazing job. David in finance worked wonders and saved our day. These guys here deserve the best rating possible. Go there and experience the best car buying experience ever!
After buying our last eight SUVs in Northbrook, Lincolnwood and Chicago. My wife and I finally decided to make the trip up North to possibly purchase a SUV @ Knauz. Although they were the only Hyundai dealer to touch my car for being as modded as it is and replaced my transmission under warranty, it really rubbed me the wrong way when i picked up my car after a month of them having it and my car having a check engine light and it not being able to build boost. I took it back to them and they basically told me to screw off and that there wasnt anything they could do. Mind you the car went in WITHOUT a check engine light.
