Dr. Knauf was excellent! I had cataract surgery done on just one eye and was concerned with the outcome of my sight given that my other eye did not have a cataract. Dr. Knauf listened to my concerns and recommended a solution that has given me my sight back again. Follow up phone call day of surgery was very much appreciated. Throughout the weeks after surgery, care and concern was shown by Dr. Knauf and his staff. Highly recommend Dr. Knauf!
I had laser-assisted cataract surgery one month ago. My eyesight is phenomenal and the procedure was quick and painless! Thanks to Dr. Knauf I now have 20/20 vision and the new lense corrected my astigmatism too. I highly recommend "Eye Site" There staff is efficient and friendly.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Knauf III. Made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Very personable on top of his professionalism. He replaced both of my lenses, which one was really bad, thick and brown. I couldn't even see out of my right eye for years. Also he discovered I had the start of glaucoma in my left eye. He installed a stint in that eye to relieve the pressure and I just had my follow up and the pressure is down. I may be able to stop the drops for glaucoma in a few.
Excellent, Fantastic, Compassionate, Caring Professional who has treated me for Eye Occlusion, Remove Cataracts/Lens. And as given me an excelllent Quality of life at age 78. I had worn glasses for over 60 Years. Thanks to Dr Knauf, Dr Lusk, and Staff. I can now enjoy driving, my photography hobby, and computer without using glasses. They made surgery an excellent experience...Had cataracts removed from both eyes and vision is perfect near and far. Dr. Knauf and staff have provided me utmost care for over 15 years...I feel blessed to have the best care from Eye Site of Tampa Bay.
i appreciate Dr Knauf's level of expertise and professionalism while dealing with my difficult cataract surgery, I have had both RK and lasik surgery, making my recent cataract extraction more challenging. I am 65 years old and I am seeing like an eighteen year old.

PERFORMED 4 DIFFERENT PROCEDURES ON BOTH MY EYES. RESULTS ARE EXCELLENT. PRESSURE IN EYES ARE LOWER AND EYE SITE REAL GOOD. HIS STAFF AND TECHNICAL PEOPLE FRIEDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. GO SEE HIM IF YOU NEED AN EXCELLENT EYE DOCTOR. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.
