Knar Oakville has some of the best customer service my wife and I have ever experienced. Whenever we visit the staff is always accommodating and very patient with our toddler who can be a handful (parents of toddlers will understand)! We were in this weekend and they gave my daughter a colouring book to play with while my wife shopped for a ring. Taline at Rolex is also very helpful and patient with all my questions! It is always such a pleasure to visit Knar and we always look forward to coming back.
I visited on September 29 around 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t particularly pleasant or welcoming. I understand that Rolex ADs receive limited inventory and have to be selective with allocations. I already own a couple of Rolex watches and have done significant business with other Rolex authorized dealers, so I’m familiar with how the process works.
