Abysmal build quality. Can hear every footstep of people upstairs. Buildings only look good on the outside, the hallways and stairwells are beat up after barely a year. "Balcony" door leaks water every time it rains. Only positives are location and availability of gigabit internet. Glad I moved out.

knapps corner flatts is an amazing apartment community! lots of ammenities awesome managment and you just have to walk across the street for a date night!
So happy we decided to move here. Our apartment is lovely and spacious, the staff is friendly and courteous and best of all......it's so quiet here.
We love Knapp’s Corner Flats! We have been here a year in December. Love the apartments, the pool (which is right outside our door) and the location is great! But most of all we love the people that work here. Renee, Jeff, John, Caleb . They have all gone out of there way to make our Knapp’s Corner Flats experience Wonderful!!❤️
I moved in at the end of June 2019 and overall am happy. The pool area is well maintained and very clean. I used the club room to host a family event and had great experience.
Live here is you want to live in spring break cabo 24:7. Loud music at all hours at the pool. Bunch of bro’s by the pool. My windows rattle from how loud the music is. I feel bad for people who have children and live here. Glad to be moving soon. Sad that the police have to be called by multiple residents to stop the madness. The absent management should be patrolling or hire a security company. Sad!
Beautiful and brand new apartments. Jeff and Bess are really nice and easy to work with!
