Service upstairs in the showroom was great. If you’re not a plumber and you have questions about plumbing supplies, don’t expect the same service downstairs. One employee who we’ve talked with by phone and at the sales counter, shows no skill for imparting information to the layperson. He can ring up a purchase all right, and maybe answer a question if you press hard enough. When I walked in and said “hello”, neither this guy or the older guy greeted me. Beware! Ordered a full bathroom from salesman Nash. They delivered the items. Shower panel was broken. They would not replace it. Second item was bathroom sink and countertop. Never delivered. Despite abscence of item from delivery invoice, they would not provide the item. $2500.00 worth of items I paid for but was not able to install. Now having to repurchase items already paid for. Was told by Nash they simply could not help. My order was not checked by them for completeness or damage. Even if they deliver you a damaged it... read more
