The service is very bad. They are very rude. They even seem to hate people.
Terrible customer service. I suggest anyone thinking of shopping here to take your business where's it's appreciated.

Service upstairs in the showroom was great. If you’re not a plumber and you have questions about plumbing supplies, don’t expect the same service downstairs. One employee who we’ve talked with by phone and at the sales counter, shows no skill for imparting information to the layperson. He can ring up a purchase all right, and maybe answer a question if you press hard enough. When I walked in and said “hello”, neither this guy or the older guy greeted me.
