Terrible service. Goodluck if you have to deal with the claim manager William McPhee. Be prepared to have constant delay. The ring around the guy gives you is ridiculous. Terrible advocate.
Terrible customer service! I am trying to refinance my home. I reached out to get a copy of my HOA's Insurance due to them never providing my mortgage company with a copy. The Agent that answered the phone Diane was short and rude with me when explaining my situation. I will be advising the board of my HOA to switch their insurance.
