I phoned on a special order, taken by someone not on the order desk. I remember (perhaps incorrectly) being told that once the order was processed by the Order Desk I would receive a confirmation email from them. A week later I have not received such confirmation.
Nice place but about half the lettered drill bit drawers were empty.
