So, straight up... a pretty basic visit to the store. I easily found what I was looking for on their online catalogue, after much research on the product. I called to confirm if it was in store, which it was. I went in (lots of parking), I strolled on down to the power tools section and the first person I saw actually went up to the warehouse and retrieved it for me.
