Nobody answers phones here to confirm stock of items, or for any reason really. You could be an adjacent business calling to let them know there is a fire, but nah... They ain't answering
Love the selection and prices. I’ve visited this store a few times and noticed that the front staff often don’t seem very happy or welcoming. While I understand it can be a busy environment, a warmer greeting would make a big difference to the customer experience.
Friendly staff. Great range of products. Good prices, especially when discounted. Nice to see a Wera supplier selling individual screwdrivers rather than just the packages.
I went in, was greeted at the door, asked for some assistance and was helped right away. I received exactly what I had gone in for and left happy. No complaints or misgivings
