Very disappointed with my recent experience at the Kamloops KMS Tools location. A return was processed incorrectly despite bringing all receipts, and staff did not take the time to properly review the transactions, resulting in refund errors. Customer service was unprofessional — staff appeared inexperienced and one employee was argumentative rather than solution-focused, which made the interaction uncomfortable and embarrassing in front of other customers. Not good,bought alot of equipment over the years,today was looking for o rings for NY Miller spool gun and mig gun,was told out of stock and should order online,what I should have been told I can have them here by Tuesday etc, so I guess I should order my next new welder online,or my new mill or my welding rod and wire,online,very poor sales,will not be back because you got it I can order online
HAppened twice in last 2 months. They never had trained gas technicians on site. I bought gas bottles from kms and no other place is willing to refill. My customers is pretty pissed as far as i am also. Stupid management
Joe was very helpful and made the purchasing experience easy and straightforward. He took the time to understand what I needed and ensured I got the right tools. The front counter service was okay, but the lack of greeting and engagement made it feel less welcoming.
