Poor customer service at the till !!!!
Good customer service. Rep was very helpful and showed us where we could find everything we were wanting. Knowledgeable guy!
They didn’t have parts for the oxy/acetelyne torch I purchased from there, and the staff had minimal knowledge of the product.
Great prices and very knowledgeable friendly staff
I have found KMS Tools in Kamloops to be one of the best run businesses in the city. On at least 4 occasions, the latest being this past week (Aug.22/25), they have went above and beyond with their level of customer service. I have found all of the staff as well as the manager, always so friendly and willing to make sure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. This level of service is, unfortunately, not seen in many stores anymore. Much appreciated.
