Jennifer has the worst customer service skills and attitude I’ve ever come across. The second we got to the till she was making rude remarks. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and attitude towards a longtime customer. Will not be coming back here.

I ordered this item online and when I went to the cashier I was directed to go to another pickup location behind the cashier area. When I went to that location there was a rope preventing me from approaching anyone at a desk. After waiting at the roped off area for quite a few minutes, and seeing no one being served, I decided to go under the rope to a person at a desk.
