The receptionist wearing glasses declined to accept swiped credit card payments and did so with an unprofessional attitude, stating that such transactions were not permitted by the management. However, I could not find any reference to this policy in KMS’s terms and conditions or in any official announcement. As a loyal customer who has never experienced issues in the past, I am deeply disappointed by both the service and the brand. This experience has led me to reconsider my future patronage.
I like this store. KMS Tool have well trained employees. I feel comfortable talking to them. They have the great price on the tools I was looking for. You won't be disappointed.
Repeat customer. As before, order arrived very quickly, in good condition. I had a follow up question, support was great! Will definitely do business with KMS again.
They have all you can eat plus a desert with a great service/ price.
