KMS tools has the best customer support. Denise accomodated all my requests through a stock mix-up, and a potential 2-4 week back order only took 6 days to ship! Refreshing for customer service to feel like talking to a real human!
Purchased a Dewalt tool, one of many over the years, that went on sale for $50 lower a few days later, so I inquired if I was eligible to receive a refund for that difference and received no response to my email or voicemail. Disappointed with service., KMS Tools was known for doing better, but not this time. UPDATE: KMS corrected my issue promptly and courteously.
Spent close too 6 grand buying a welder and never in my life have I wanted to walk out of a store so bad...I saved up a long time for my purchase and was very excited about it but the service here made it a absolutely nightmare. Almost 2 hours just too pay and leave the store it was utterly painful...
Amazing store with incredible selection. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the exact right products for me. Looking forward to visiting again.

Having just come from a competing big box store moments earlier where we did not have the same experience, KMS's top notch customer service and friendliness by every staff member we interacted with was very noticeable and much appreciated!
