Huge selection of tools at the best price in the lower mainland. Surprisingly helpful staff and they actually seem like they care (not a dig at staff, just comparing to HD).

This was an online order, but I needed in-person assistance in order to get the previously-advertised sale price. Aryan was very helpful on the phone, and true to his word fixed the price shortly after I put through the full-price order.
