I tried calling twice during their open hours. No one answered. It says to call to set up a showing in the listing.

Had cockroaches for months despite keeping apartment pristinely clean. Only action taken was placing sticky pads in my apartment weekly by a bug exterminator co. Management will not listen to issues at hand. Thin walls, no elevator @36 Spruce Pl. Never changed name or explained phone entry process. No parking. Leasing office was rarely open. The only positives were the price and that I got my deposit back.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The management is absolutely disrespectful. Every week maintnance had to come and “fix” some new issue that came up. Also I had a neighbor who was harassing me when I was 18 and management did nothing about it. Worst apartment I have been in. Stay FAR away!
