The follow up to respond to the request of the property owners appears to lack urgency. I was contacted by Dave ext # 301 on 3/22/10 to go and estimate the cost of a seismic retrofit for your client. I immediately drove to 2505 N. Verdugo in Glendale, Met with the property manager, spent 2 hrs under the building, consulted with building and safety, an Engineer and had a proposal ready 7 days later. I have left 3 messages.
