A big shout-out and thank you to KMP! I called around 3:30 on Friday afternoon to report that my 94 year old mother had water bubbling up in her yard. Donald Cleveland was on site almost immediately and was able to stop the leaking before returning Saturday morning to finish the huge job. He was so helpful, courteous and professional - you would have thought it was his own grandmother having the problem. This level of customer service is so rare, and greatly appreciated! Customers for life.

Someone needs to teach the driver of this truck how to merge safely into traffic when he is needing to move over due to an accident instead of bullying his way over on top of a car that was following the “rules”. The three cars in front of him were allowed to go in front of the cars in the lane that was moving. Traffic was moving “zipper” style, one car from left lane, one from right, one from left, one from right..... Had he waited just a split second he could have merged in safely behind me. I have used KMP for years. They have provided a great service...until now. They are now adding on $40 to your total cost to cover diagnosing the problem. EVEN IF THEY FIX IT. It’s common for companies to charge a diagnostic fee that you pay if you choose not to use the company. But KMP charges you that extra diagnostic fee ON TOP of the original repair cost.
