WARNING !!!!! DO NOT use Kamin Health for PCR tests prior to flights. My son and family used them and the results didn't come back on time and we had to spend $1,000.00 getting rapid tests at the airport in order for his family to make their flight. Kamin says they are not responsible and they refuse to reimburse the $1,000.00. The laboratory they use, Empire City Labs, won't even acknowledge our emails. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL & DISGRACEFUL !!!
The most horrible experience of my life. Don't even know where to start. 1st, their test show my husband being positive and the had a huge fight with him. when he took the pcr test another place it shows negative. Then my children and I went to get tested. The whole waiting took so long, cause the staff was having a "get together" in the background. Amazing, amazing, amazing! I NEVER write reviews but this urgent care most definitely deserves praise. Not only was the wait time reasonable but the staff was wonderful and informative too. All questions answered without a problem. This is my 3rd time being tested at this location and not once did I feel less than. They were very welcoming and didn't treat me like a number which is what shitty city md did to me the day before. I will never return to a city md because urgent care is the place to be.
