Pleasant experience
The tech could benefit from some sensitivity training around pregnancy loss. She was very cold and lacked compassion. I was crying and she said “radiologist should have the report to your doctor in a day or two” and left the room. I know she isn’t allowed to give a diagnosis- but we all knew what was happening.
Terrible customer service. I arrived at 4:41 and they said they couldn’t do an x-ray, had to close down early. No explanation. Thanks for that!
