Keith is very knowledgeable and insanely helpful as I needed a balance shaft bearing replaced on my 2011 Audi Q5! Unfortunately as others have experienced there were a couple things not fully reconnected after service; headlights, fog lights, etc disconnected. Not necessarily a problem for me as I know how to take care of those issues, but I was surprised considering there was a warning on the dash for the headlights. Keith has been servicing my VWs and Audis for 16 years. He is in my opinion the best in his field, I wouldn’t trust my cars with anyone else. Most recently he serviced my 2014 Touareg TDI with 224,000 miles and it feels brand new. I took a road trip with the family from NH to Orlando and back with zero issues. Then after I got back from my trip I towed a 3800 pound car 140 miles also with zero issues or faults. Amazing work keeping this beast on the road.
Keith and his team have worked on my VW and Audi vehicles over many years and do very thorough, hi quality work. Excellent communication through the process and provide OEM and/or aftermarket options. Great guys!
Keith and the team are very knowledgeable about TDI engines and do excellent work. They have fixed a few issues with my 2015 Golf 2.0T TDI and the car drives as well as it ever has. I am happy to rely on them to keep it running great over the miles to come.
