KMH was recommended to me by another car repair company called Live Free or Drive in Salem NH. I had a leak in one of my struts and they did a great job repairing it. Also added a oil change and a rear brake bulb. The owner called me and recommended that I change my transmission fluid. Which I agreed to get serviced. Owner was friendly and appears to know what he's talking about. I would go back again for additional service. Hopefully not too soon.
I brought my '15 Passat TDI to KMH Motors after having a different shop install an upgraded turbo :). There were no reliability issues with the car prior to the turbo install. Post install I was plagued by frequent yet random faults/limp mode issues, making the car completely unreliable. Driving around with a laptop and VCDS clone to clear codes wasn't my idea of reliable. Problems getting good service for your VW or Audi at a decent price? Catch this... my trusty 2013 TDI Sportwagen started throwing a code for "diesel particulate filter." My friendly dealer said the repair would be upwards of $4800 ! Car is choice and has been maintained by the book, but $5k on a 12 year old car? Crazy shit. Enter KMH VW & Audi specialists in Methuen. I've been going to KMH motors for the past 10+ years with my VW TDI and GTI and have been consistently happy with their work. They are trustworthy and reasonably priced. Multiple times, I've been given incorrect assessments of vehicle issues by other mechanics who are closer to where I live and I've never regretted taking the trip out to KMH to get the job done.
