I've been going to KMH motors for the past 10+ years with my VW TDI and GTI and have been consistently happy with their work. They are trustworthy and reasonably priced. Multiple times, I've been given incorrect assessments of vehicle issues by other mechanics who are closer to where I live and I've never regretted taking the trip out to KMH to get the job done.
Problems getting good service for your VW or Audi at a decent price? Catch this... my trusty 2013 TDI Sportwagen started throwing a code for "diesel particulate filter." My friendly dealer said the repair would be upwards of $4800 ! Car is choice and has been maintained by the book, but $5k on a 12 year old car? Crazy shit. Enter KMH VW & Audi specialists in Methuen. Keith is a great trustworthy mechanic. I always service my own car but the timing belt on my TDI was not something I have time for a new parent. KMH was recommended on TDIclub. They are a little out of the way for me but was worth the trip. Literally the first mechanic I am happy with the work quality and very reasonably priced. Just got a new VW and will take it to Keith as soon as I need it to have it serviced
Received poor quality parts and the run around from previous mechanic. Discovered KMH by chance and been thrilled with the service received. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing. So glad to have found someone to service my older VW that actually knows the car!!!
I can confidently say that this is the most trust worthy mechanic that I have been to. I have been going to this mechanic for years and Keith has been nothing but honest with me with any issues I’ve had with my Mini Cooper. I’ve gone to other places before and I can say that I’ve never felt as secure as I do going there, because I’ve felt that other places take advantage of me since I’m woman and assume that that they can overcharge me.
