Helpful, friendly staff during a stressful time. Testing ran smoothly once it began. Only complaint is it took several hours to get through the 'process'. Don't know if they're understaffed, or overbooked but either way, it was a very long afternoon.
Dirty small cold accessability is very poor in some cases dosnt work at all several fire codes disregarded. MOST PEOPLE ARE QUITE NICE
Firstly the time to set an appointment was quick in comparison to waiting 6 months for an appointment st my local hospital. I was booked within a month. Than upon arrival the staff were exceptionally friendly and punctual with the appointment time. Than the technician was amazing and friendly which made the exam go smoothly. Best experience for a clinic i have had ever. Highly recommend.

I had an MRI appointment yesterday at KMH (751-B Victoria St. S, Suite 108, Kitchener), and personally I found the experience uncomfortable. After being called in, I was directed to the changing room, which I felt was not clean. I was given gowns to wear, and when I asked the MRI technologist for an additional gown to cover my back for privacy, I felt the response was unkind and dismissive, which left me feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable before the scan.
