I had 37 TMS treatments five days a week about 20 minutes every day. The front office ladies are very stable, patient and kind. Very helpful with working out the logistics and timing. The TMS chairs, office / environment is very clean & functional. Most insurances do cover TMS for treatment resistant depression. However, I would’ve liked more details and more treatments, but this is what insurance covers and they’re very efficient with what insurance will work with. I’ve been seeing Dr. Dixon for over six months now, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. He takes the time to listen to any concerns I have and answers my questions thoroughly in a way that never feels rushed or dismissive. I truly appreciate the support and kindness he brings to each appointment. The way he approaches patient care is incredibly valuable and makes him an excellent provider!
