KME must do a better job with training their front line staff. As a business owner and co-founder we went through unnecessary hardships that have had a lasting impact due to untrained and at time unprofessional handling of our issues. I hope retraining, education and tighter controls can prevent this from happening in the future.
KME has been our IT service provider for our Accounting Firm for many years now. We've received nothing less than exceptional service!
