Matt, that perforned all the treatment's was patient, answered all questions and was very encouraging to my 93 year old dad.
I had an appt last week w/Mariah APRN, and Carol Morton, her nurse. I had never been to a Dermatologist before, & so had a bit of anxiety. I was SO pleased w/the care I received! Both practitioners were professional and kind! Carol gave me the local anesthetic shot and I didn’t feel it at all! The same was true w/the care I received from Mariah! Completely painless, & she was so clear in her explanation and treatment … I have been spreading the good news about your clinic! Thank you!
I recently went in for an appointment. My provider was Kelcie Strecker, and while the care I received was great, the clinic walls seem to be rather thin. I overheard more than one conversation where Kelcie was harsh to a few of the nurses. Mind you, ‘harsh’ is definitely an understatement. That being said I do hope that as a superior, she is not regularly treating her nurses this way. This was very upsetting.
