I made an appointment for a laser treatment. There was some confusion, so the laser machine, was not in the Topeka office the day of my appointment. I made another appointment for the next week when the machine was available and had the treatment. Staff was kind, professional and understanding. The small blood vessel I went in to have removed was treated, but I still have it three weeks later. Disappointed in results.!!!
Nicole and Ainsley took my concerns seriously and listened to me. I was seen within 5 days from calling for an appointment. Great office snd staff.
I absolutely love coming here. Amber and Alex make the whole experience very welcoming. I’m listened to and taken care of. I would recommend Alex over and over again!!
Severely understaffed, I was there for an hour at my last appointment and never did see a doctor. I switched to Dr. Bartlett at Stormont Vail and she is AMAZING!!! Don't waste your time here, call Stormont Vail and be treated by an amazing staff that actually cares about you and your health.
