Kelcie Strecker is a pleasant, intelligent, and caring individual who never fails to make my morning when I have an appointment with her. She makes me feel welcome and comfortable, while maintaining a direct, professional approach to any questions or problems that arise. I brag about her when I can! :) 10/10.
Made an appt on Monday for Wednesday. When I got to the appt. They “forgot” to save it and they had no openings.
I made an appointment for a laser treatment. There was some confusion, so the laser machine, was not in the Topeka office the day of my appointment. I made another appointment for the next week when the machine was available and had the treatment. Staff was kind, professional and understanding. The small blood vessel I went in to have removed was treated, but I still have it three weeks later. Disappointed in results.!!!
