MOM I went to MedAssist because my stepson needed stitches in his chin. The staff were all very professional and got the job done quickly. I appreciate the way they treated him age-appropriately - not like a baby (even though he was crying) but not like an adult either. He was obviously put at ease by everyone there. I will go back, no question, whenever my family or I need medical attention that does not warrant an ER visit!
Med-Assist Pa Med-Assist is generally adequate for minor injuries or illnesses with qualified medical staff available and is certainly less wait and less costly than the local ER. You do have to pay at the time of service. On a few occasions I have had to go on to the ER anyway due to their lack of certain machines or inability to assess certain medical concerns.
