Five stars for KMB Refrigeration & Electric! They were quick to respond, and the owner was a true professional, expertly diagnosing and repairing our AC (blown fuse, bad capacitor, low refrigerant, disconnected wires) without any pressure to buy new. The price was fair, and they left our property in perfect condition. We're now loyal customers
Whatever company they have answering their phone is very rude and disrespectful. I hope their service technicians are not as disrespectful as their first line of customer service.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Don’t call them for service if you want to avoid troubles!! 😡 Called them and their front desk told me the technician would be here on Tuesday, didn’t actually come until the following Monday. They said the installation would only take the morning, ended up taking the whole day‼️They were very rude about it when I brought this issue up and I would never ever call them again
