The initial quote provided was reasonable, especially after factoring in the coordination with building management that took nearly a week. The technician not only repaired the HVAC system efficiently in under an hour but also explained the issue, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor.👍
The technician was courteous from the moment he arrived. He listened to our concerns, checked the system, and explained what he found.
After waiting a week to see how the installation performed, I'm pleased to report that the new heating system is running smoothly and efficiently. The technicians took most of the day to ensure everything was set up correctly, and they were patient in answering my questions along the way.
After our A/C stopped cooling effectively, the technician identified a refrigerant leak and managed to repair it within two hours, which was notably quicker than a similar visit last summer. He also took the time to explain how this issue might have developed over time and recommended some maintenance tips to prevent future problems.
The preventive maintenance check on our A/C was completed in about 90 minutes, which seemed appropriate for the thorough inspection and cleaning they performed. They identified a worn capacitor that could have caused issues down the line and replaced it promptly.
