My washer and dryer not working almost from 1& half months, no one take care about it , any time when we have maintenance issue we been keep asking to help they don’t do it at all , very poor management, very poor service. They says I have to call company for washer dryer. I don’t have car where to go wash my clothes. Very disappointed every time . The appartment also is very old so need every day maintenance required. They should keep someone 24 /7
Do not rent from these people. They charged me $35 to clean up garbage that I did not leave on the ground. They found a piece of paper with my name on it that could have flown out of the dumpster. They sent me a pic of the paper and some boxes that were sitting on the ground. I dont even know what was in the boxes, I just know I didn't put them there. Pretty dam shady company many regrets resigning a lease money hungry as hell no wonder they can't get tenants in soon as my lease is up I'm not staying. They don't do shit!!!!
Don’t go through these people. Deposited $700, received $384.35, I got charged for damage that was there prior. Didn’t do a move out checklist with me.. tried setting it up 2 times, both times the guy didn’t show. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! If I could give you 0 stars I would. Ridgeview apartments in Monticello.
