Rent skyrockets, they take my payments after they’ve been submitted but after the date so it ends up late then charges for late fees, not only that but apparently our apartment had been vacant the whole time, my lady and I were napping in the living room and the maintenance guy walks right in, apologized because he’s been told it was vacant. So we’ve been charged for a place “we don’t live at.” to top it off.
I just recently leased through them and as I’m filling out my applications for a new unit I’m hearing they are leaving a bad review which is very un true and un fair to me I’m 22 years old this was my 2nd apartment I am a very clean quiet responsible tenant my whole lease term I had to complain and deal with loud obnoxious drunk ignorant men I can be reached at email to provide proof and whoever lives at this place after me will go through the same thing also my whole lease term I had to listen to the guy under me snore INSA... read more
My washer and dryer not working almost from 1& half months, no one take care about it , any time when we have maintenance issue we been keep asking to help they don’t do it at all , very poor management, very poor service. They says I have to call company for washer dryer. I don’t have car where to go wash my clothes. Very disappointed every time . The appartment also is very old so need every day maintenance required. They should keep someone 24 /7
Do not rent from these people. They charged me $35 to clean up garbage that I did not leave on the ground. They found a piece of paper with my name on it that could have flown out of the dumpster. They sent me a pic of the paper and some boxes that were sitting on the ground. I dont even know what was in the boxes, I just know I didn't put them there.
