Don’t go through these people. Deposited $700, received $384.35, I got charged for damage that was there prior. Didn’t do a move out checklist with me.. tried setting it up 2 times, both times the guy didn’t show. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! If I could give you 0 stars I would. Ridgeview apartments in Monticello.
Refused to renew my Uncle's lease because they wanted to remodel his apartment. He had been there 16 years, he is 78 years old and a disabled Vietnam Veteran. His rent had always been on time and he had no tenant violations. This was done out of pure greed.
I don't know what's up with all the 1 star reviews but I'm renting a house through these guys and haven't had a problem. The 1 stars may be from apartment renters? Not sure. They take care of my service requests in a timely manner and the price for rent is reasonable. Behave yourself and you should be fine.
Washer has been broken for 3 months now! No follow up ! Very inconvenient and costly weekly going to laundromat. Let messages but still not resolved ! I will be looking for a new place ! Unacceptable!
