Literally came in to the door to ask if they had umbrellas and Yar (I think that’s what it said on her badge) was a literal ray of sunshine & smiling, such an angel!
In desperate need of a audit or something similar. Love Kmart items but the physical store is terrible. Stock is a mess, everything is mixed up, can’t find anything in the already limited items they stock. Please hire more staff!!!! And the lines are so LONG. I’ve never gone to this store (both on weekends and during office hours) and never had a line, completely off putting if you need to dart in for one or two things. Please fix!!!
KMART STOLE $100 FROM ME. ZERO STARS. On 8 June 2025 I purchased online $100 worth of clothing as a click & collect from the Rundle Mall store in Adelaide. On 11 June I collected the parcel & returned the clothing that same day as they did not fit. The staff member gave me no receipt for return despite my telling him that was not right. His reply was the store had nothing to do with online sales. He refused to provide any proof I had returned them & all I could get from him was it would take 2 weeks or so to get the refund. ... read more
