Why does Kmart on Lake Street have mannequins displayed with sagging pants? This needs to be removed.
Well done Kmart. Ordered a lamp online which was shipped from your store in a plastic bag with no packing materials to protect it. Now the lamp is damaged and I have to bring it back to your store or return via mail. Horrible experience!!! There is a reason you are losing customers!!

I literally just had the worst experience ever at Kmart on lake street. Terrible customer service, the computer system shut down during my transaction. I was told to go to the service desk where the manager was and she was beyond rude. And said we needed to find another line to get in. If the students at my job didn't need there boots I would have just left. Ugh time to find a new place to get work boots at for the students at my job. Ugh #neveragainkmart
Nice store, didn't notice anything I didn't like and I'm very picky when it comes to Kmart stores.
It is a very convenient location for me, it's an weird relic of what the old was, in what is becoming a gentrified area. Would love to see this developed into a Sears w/online shopping being at it's core. (sears use to be master at this, w/their catalog, now that is king to Amazon). Sears should take a long hard look at working with the city to make a park, mixed use- affordable housing area for this development. This could be a canvas to be painted! Horrible experience bad service slow as ever stuff all over the place staff are rude can't won't help you. To price to be in that neighborhood parking lots is holy needs some fixing
