I love Kmart I find the store is well set up easy to find items, great staff very helpful
I’m really disappointed in Kmart. at Garden City.I wanted to just buy something and the clerk behind the desk was rude and unhappy to be there. I will not be returning.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. An older woman named Lara, who claimed to be the “manager,” was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Her attitude was unprofessional and condescending from the moment I asked for assistance. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way, especially by someone in a managerial role who should be setting an example. Bad customer service
Went to return an Anko product without a receipt. Yes, I should have kept the receipt I know. The child behind the counter looked so bored and could tell she didn't want to be there. Well she informed me that without a receipt she could do nothing, I just wanted a voucher to spend in the store Yes I probably could have asked her to find the receipt on her side but she just walked off, before I had a chance to ask.
