Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. An older woman named Lara, who claimed to be the “manager,” was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Her attitude was unprofessional and condescending from the moment I asked for assistance. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way, especially by someone in a managerial role who should be setting an example.
