The staff during nighttime are a bunch of silly teenagers who chat amongst themselves infront of you while servicing you!! They’re rude and look at you as if you’re a burden to them!! As if this Kmart wasn’t busy enough, they don’t care about managing the self checkouts or serving you at the service desk. I saw someone in the back, acknowledging me, and continuing to look back at their phone.
There is a worker there who will harass you and follow you around to see if you are stealing or not. Geoffrey a real creep.
eden f went above and beyond to help me find the right sizes for what i was after. she even went out the back multiple times to check, and although i felt like i might’ve been a bit annoying, she made me feel completely at ease. she was not only willing to help but genuinely happy to — her kindness and patience created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
