Huge store with lots of variety
Rude and incompetent staff at the customer service desk. You're better off printing photos out yourself, on paper and at the library, because there is no quality control here. Complete lack of responsibility or accountability by staff and blatant rudeness, sarcasm and attitude when complaints are raised. I would support full automation of the photo department since the staff don't do anything anyway - they certainly don't provide "customer service". -5/5 stars if it were possible.
Wendy thought it would be more useful to talk to her colleague then to help me out at the self serve check out. I was patiently waiting but was very disappointed when I had to wait longer than what was needed. I love Kmart but things like this make me not want to go back
Teach your staff not to charge twice. My wife was charged same items twice. Later she noticed and showed the bill and was refunded. It’s not good. Everyone makes mistakes but should acknowledge it politely.
