Love how when my 13 and 7 year old wandered off while looking at toys no help could be provided, no staff to help look and no we won't do a pa call. Good luck.
Lately the store is so cold my arms start aching, it’s like walking into a freezer
I have had the most incredible customer service in store today with Mitch and Harriet. Mitch went above and beyond to call another store for me to locate a product I really wanted as I’m a Hello Kitty collector and the only product available at this store was damaged. Both of these ladies had exception service! They are an asset to Kmart and your store.
So disappointed in the customer service we received. We had placed an order for keychains on the 19th, when we went to pick it up on the 21st, we were told that our order went missing and that they might have lost it or chucked it away as they were refunding key chain orders the previous day. We did not receive a call or text about this issue. The girls at the customer service desk were nice and assured us that if they couldnt find the order, they were completely refund it and still print our photos for free. We came back th... read more
