I would have given 0 star I bought a sewing machine from here and haven't used so i came to return it as per 60 day return policy, unfortunately a lady at service desk had no manners to talk and said they can't return it as it's hygiene issue i told them that its fully packed ok its fine but she was so rude and doesn't even have a soft tone how to talk with customer. so i left it there on their counter without getting anything in replacement. thankyou won't be coming back in this kmart ever again.

Rubbish service the workers have no idea what they are doing or where products are. The shelves are always empty even if the website says the product is in stock. Very hard to find helpful staff becauce most of them just stand around and talk. Cash register staff are always so cranky and have horrible customer service.

Lost cause, nobody knows where anything is in the store. Didn't have time for this and ended up buying what I needed elsewhere. Whoever makes the executive decisions to move stock around without telling there own staff where it is needs to be sacked

I was leaving Kmart Greenhills with my newborn, pram, and multiple shopping bags from other stores. My nappy bag was tucked underneath the pram — yet I was singled out and asked to have it checked, even after I’d already shown my receipt. The customers ahead of me weren’t asked the same, despite also carrying bags. As a dark-skinned Aboriginal woman, it was clear I was targeted.
