Lost cause, nobody knows where anything is in the store. Didn't have time for this and ended up buying what I needed elsewhere. Whoever makes the executive decisions to move stock around without telling there own staff where it is needs to be sacked
Winter was the most helpful worker I’ve encountered! She actually took me to the product I needed and i was so impressed by her customer support.
I was leaving Kmart Greenhills with my newborn, pram, and multiple shopping bags from other stores. My nappy bag was tucked underneath the pram — yet I was singled out and asked to have it checked, even after I’d already shown my receipt. The customers ahead of me weren’t asked the same, despite also carrying bags. As a dark-skinned Aboriginal woman, it was clear I was targeted. It's just so cheap and there's alot there of u need
Went to shop today and was speaking to Jayde at the checkout. Had problems with my flybuys on the phone. Jayde went out of her way to help. Very hard to find what I wanted but the experience with Jayde made it worthwhile.
