I was leaving Kmart Greenhills with my newborn, pram, and multiple shopping bags from other stores. My nappy bag was tucked underneath the pram — yet I was singled out and asked to have it checked, even after I’d already shown my receipt. The customers ahead of me weren’t asked the same, despite also carrying bags. As a dark-skinned Aboriginal woman, it was clear I was targeted. Went to shop today and was speaking to Jayde at the checkout. Had problems with my flybuys on the phone. Jayde went out of her way to help. Very hard to find what I wanted but the experience with Jayde made it worthwhile.

The book section has not been restocked for weeks now. There is always a cage full of books sitting in the corner but nobody can be bothered to unpack it. In the past few times I've been there, there have been less and less books on the shelves. Instead of being lazy and leaving them in a box how about you unpack the damn books! It isn't that hard to do your job.
