The worst kmart of Perth, floor employees are useless
My son went in there today to buy himself a gift card for fortnight when he paid for it using his card the register shut down. The money came out of his account still. The staff member then tried to make him pay for it again, making him cry when his account didn’t have enough funds. Once we double checked the transactions we found out the money had come out of the account and their transaction list showed it had. I asked specifically and was told the gift card activated. I went to the service desk as there was an error in the printing tray and told me to go to the desk. He was very rude and asked me “so what do you want” when I clearly stated the error in the printing tray that told me to go to him. He then said “I can’t do it, I’m busy. You’ll have to wait for the girl that just went on break” Rude and dismissive
