Worst customer service!! Reason: Click & Collect I needed some items on urgent basis, that were only available at this store. The reason was a guest arriving and I did not have time to wait for delivery. The items were ordered and one by one, started getting updates via email that a refund was being generated. Upon visiting store, the items were sitting on shelf and I recon no effort was made by store staff to gather my order.
