My son went in there today to buy himself a gift card for fortnight when he paid for it using his card the register shut down. The money came out of his account still. The staff member then tried to make him pay for it again, making him cry when his account didn’t have enough funds. I went to the service desk as there was an error in the printing tray and told me to go to the desk. He was very rude and asked me “so what do you want” when I clearly stated the error in the printing tray that told me to go to him. He then said “I can’t do it, I’m busy. Went shopping here with my friend — what an amazing experience! We had to ask six different people before someone finally showed us the way, only to be told the item was out of stock. Perfect.
