I shop so much at Kmart. This store has very unco-operative Service Counter staff. I was intouch with them by phone updating them. They would have to have known I seriously wanted the items they were holding for me. Due to husband having a medical emergency we were delayed by a day, passing through Batemans Bay. I rang the day before to let them know (still being held) then 2 hrs before landing in the Bay but they had put them back into stock and they were sold. As I was entering the front entrance of this store I had to pass by a father exiting carrying a plastic pee potty which contained urine .. this is an example of the state of this store ! Disgusting ! Untidy , kids left to run the store and it looks like their messy bedrooms ! Same as every Kmart store in Aus !
