I tried to EXCHANGE a tablecloth that was purchased a few months ago today. I was told new CEO had changed return policy. No returns over 30 days. This wasn't a RETURN. All I wanted was a smaller size. I had the receipt. But they wouldn't do anything. So Kmart/Sears you have got your last dime out of me. I have spent well over $500 this year with you, but no more. P.S. I have told all my friends and shared on social media.
I love Kmart. I'm a rewards member and once or twice a year I use my points and get 40-50 dollars off a big item or shopping bill. I always do my Christmas shopping here and its like paying yourself back. I love the women's clothes and girls clothes for my daughter. I'd rather shop here then Walmart or Target anyday.
Why not allow a return on a holiday item ? I have my receipt ! Doesn't make sense . But if I were to damage it and go back in with it . Then your people say they'll give me my money back . Please post a sign stating all sales are final and returns are not allowed if this is the case!!
i like to shop at kmart but they do make alot mistakes i bought a skirt just the other day guess what they charged me more than the price tag said it was it just happens so muich when i shop there i always check the receipt usually before i leave well i didnt that day i checked when i got home and they charge me $2 more than the price tag said for the skirt i will be taking it back tommorw but thats still not right i have use my time my gas for the trip i think they should compensate for it myself
