No one works there and the few that do just ingorne you. 15 minutes trying to put something in layaway only to have worked look at me and walk away!! This store will be close very soon if they keep this up
I used to always shop here when I would park and come off the road but won't be back, this time when I came in I was greeted with that they no longer allow trucks to park there. I hope they go out of business like all the others.
Had a return due to the item did not fit. I had my receipt. She told me No Returns after 30 days. I will Not shop at Kmart any longer.
I went in to purchase a toy for my granddaughter's birthday. The item in question was $19.00 at Walmart & $29.00 at Target. The price was $54.99 at Kmart, so I asked them if they would price match. Originally the sweet young girl at Customer Service said yes, then a very rude manager walked up and very sternly said "NO!". I felt so bad for her as she didn't do anything wrong. Kmart in Kingsport is a great place to shop! Wow value deals! Shop your way points on very purchase to spend on anything you want! Smart sense product are great ! Great selection of appereal for the whole family! Everyday great price items they always end in .98 cents!
Eh, I can get the occasional deal now and again but this store has a limited selection and prices are often higher than Walmart or Target. So I only visit for the rare sale or if I have surprise/won points on SYW.
It is no wonder Kmart doesn't get any more business than they do. I tried to swap my son's pants he got for Christmas to a different size, but because I didn't have a receipt they wouldn't even let me swap them. I will never do business with them again. I went straight to Walmart and they swapped them no problem.
