Good for sales, but watch the prices as checking out. This K-mart store is one of the Super Centers, is organized for the most part, and good place to catch some sales if your watching for them. However, watch the prices at the check out, it never fails for an item to be listed on sale, but rings up @ regular price. Overall, an OK store to visit, but I wouldn't go out of my way. Needs cleaner restrooms as well. PROS: Good Sales on Unique Items CONS: Watch the Prices @ the check out.
Kmart price cheater KMART This store is a joke!!! The tags never match what it rings up and you always stand in line. Usually there is no one at the service desk you have to get someone's attention to get someone to the desk. But yet you see management or wait a minute high paid stockers sneaking around like they think you are stealing or either they are scoping out the women (@&$:/:@) predator!!! Terrible customer service. Spent $300 on a Christmas tree and have had nothing but issues with the lights shorting out. Asked the store manager if I could exchange the tree for the same thing or even something of lesser value and was told no because it’s out of their 30 day policy. A $300 tree should work for longer than 4 weeks and if they truly cannot exchange at least a discount should have been given on a new one.
K-MART opens at 9... supposedly. It was 9:05 and the lady opened the door for the employees. Told the customers that they wern't open yet. So, I called. I asked the lady what time they opened and she said "9." I then said "well, if you open at 9 why are the doors still locked at 9:10 and an employee just let in the other employees and told us we couldn't come in because ya'll are still closed?" The lady said "I am about to go open the doors now"... and just hung up! No wonder ya'll are going out of business. lol
I will not trade with them again. Made an in store purchase used my credit card. They said they couldn't give me a receipt because it didn't go through ,they ran a repeat and what did it do charged me twice and now they don't want to credit me. This was in Franklin, N.C.
