didnt cut my wife's hair even and left long pieces in some spots. dont even know how to do a basic cut. very disappointing

At first my experience was going great. Kelly was very nice, we discussed what hair color I was after and I showed her an image of a dark brown hair with red highlights. After 3 hrs I got to see the results. The cut was great, the highlight placement great...the color, nothing that I asked for. I had a few hints of red at the tips of my hair. This is the greatest salon ever......the girls are very friendly!! And it's not your normal "gossiping" salon which makes it better too. Monica is the best .....I get so many compliments on my hair ����
