My mom order 2 beds the purple suppose to be a queen but they have gave us a blue full size kid bed . The white bed you see we wanted black they did send a black bed but the rails on the bed doesn’t fit they are ignoring us we paid 805 $ ! This will be a court matter !
If I could give zero stars I would. Scammers I ordered a green dura queen bed frame but when I opened the box it was black. I’ve tried contacting them no response and I'm blocked worst customer service ever worst experience ever 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Scamming people online. Delievering less than value items on purpose. Will not help fix issue. Sending me fake numbers and everyone claiming to be manager! BAD BUSINESS! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Do not buy anything from this place!! It’s a complete scam! I found them on facebook marketplace. They sent 3 minors to deliver and set up my bed that had never set up anything before. They cracked the wood I notified them immediately and they advised they would handle it. I was then blocked on facebook after I asked when it would be resolved.
Scam scam scam ! Don't use this people ! We saw and picked different stuff than the one they delivered it to out house! We back over there and say they can't do nothing ! Big scam
