We drove an hour and a half to see the Cadillac XT5 we had the title for our trade. We were ready to deal our salesman while polite seemed to be entirely unmotivated. He didn’t even ask for a copy of my drivers license before we drove the car. He didn’t know his inventory after our car was appraised, he said well you didn’t get what you thought it was worth. In the initial contact with the dealership, they, when advised that I would bring my own financing stated that they would not accept a check from Navy Federal Credit Union nor would they accept a wire transfer. We worked out a way to get around this slight and made an appointment on 05/13/25 to see the Atlas at 11:30 AM on 05/14/25. When we arrived at the dealership we were advised that the manager had the Atlas, was supposed to be in by 11:00 AM but was not there and they did not know where he was. They have very low priced velichles and I drove a Chrysler 300 with only 24,000 miles and it was hard of shifting and major issues
Did not seem to take us seriously when trying to buy online from a different state. Had to have the manager assist because the dealer did not know what he was doing. Very frustrating that they put out a quote for delivery three days after my wife and I signed the contract. So it's been about a and I felt there was no urgency to help us. Very disappointing.
Amazing dealership. They made sure I got the car I wanted and the staff is super friendly and helpful!!
Followed up to my inquiry.
Made an appointment to look at a specific vehicle and were left unattended for 30 minutes while someone went out to look for the car. We inquired about the long wait and were given no information or apology for the delay nor did anyone get to check on the status. The associate finally came back in and informed us the car was dead. I’ve never encountered a car dealership who put in such little effort to make a sale. Poor customer service and I will not give them my business.
Great experience. I did purchase the car.
