Terrible service... Very inconsistent when reaching out to not only students but every tenants... Something terrible can be happening and he will not make the effort to message back or come to you physically about it. If I were you I would choose a different housing instead of going to "K&M Properties" Starting to feel that the way they treat minorities is different the way they treat the white race.
