Mr. Suh was my agent for buying a house in Suwanee, when we were relocating from California. He enabled my family to settle here and secured a 4-bedroom, 2470 square ft. house for us. He went out of his way to inspect the house and fought for our interests. KM is honest, hardworking, and well organized. He enabled us to view many homes in a short period of time. I learned a lot about real estate laws, processing, and other do’s and don’ts.
KM is a great person and agent. Even my children like him so much. He helped me find a rental house, a four-bedroom home in Buford. He was so kind and took the time to show me and my family. He helped me set up utilities and took care of my mail, even. He negotiated a good balance between the seller and buyer. I recommend him as a great real estate agent.
