Despite us showing up 20 minutes late due to traffic, Kristen still welcomed us with a big smile. She was kind and gentle with the way she interacted with my autistic son and had many activities to keep him interested while we discussed treatment. Went to an appointment took them over five days to come up with a game plan, which was we aren’t advanced enough to handle your care and to give me referrals to pinnacle behavioral health in Albany I know pinnacle behavioral health personally and there is nothing advanced about it. It is a phenomenal practice.
