Went to an appointment took them over five days to come up with a game plan, which was we aren’t advanced enough to handle your care and to give me referrals to pinnacle behavioral health in Albany I know pinnacle behavioral health personally and there is nothing advanced about it. It is a phenomenal practice. Friendly staff and a warm, cozy and relaxing office, I've been going here almost a year and Kristen is the best, she listens, guides and will do anything to get you back on track, I'm so glad I was referred to her, I highly recommend her practice
