I am very disappointed with this provider. Knowing they did not take my daughters insurance, I was prepared to pay out of pocket just to get someone to help. I had an appointment and sent in notes from the prior provider (the department closed). I was charged $350 for them to tell me they could not help my daughter. No refund. Be aware.
