Big mistake. No English spoken . A customer Translated. My entire back was wet and water in my ears. Went to color and highlight. I did base color . I had to leave after base color with my hair wet. No blow dry. Unprofessional and still charged me. I was passing and saw the salon .. called and stopped by. Don’t waste your money or time. Oh did I mention no towel behind my neck when she lady attempted to wash out color of my hair. Very rough and unprofessional.
