Very disappointed, went to return a motorcycle helmet, and just because I took the stickers off the front, they would not take it back.....lesson learn, don't remove any stickers if your going to return it......I mean it was a flat out refusal, no store credit no half back......no nothing
I dont know if yall know this but women have money too. And believe it or not, we ride and buy atvs... without a man! Gasp! They treated me like i was lost and had no buisness in there. And with 5 guys behind the counter clearly you had enough staff to answer my questions and the dude that finally spoke to me didnt even offer to check my credit and help me get financed he spoke to me like he didnt have time for my questions. I just wanted management to know that they have some dedicated employees. I was late yesterday in getting there on time to pick-up parts for a can-am. The guys were still outside and were gracious enough the let me in and get my parts and look up a few others for me. THANK YOU!
