This place is a Joke. First they are way higher than anyone else on ATV’s. Finally after agreeing to a price that is $1000 higher than if I drove a few hrs to Mississippi, they only accept checks. Who doesn't take Credit cards? Everyone walks around like they are scared of making any decisions. They salesman has a don’t give a crap attitude. Big thank you to Jake! I have had poor experiences with my 2019 Sea Doo at a different dealer twice. Jake has been easy and upfront to work with since my issues with the other dealer began. Jake returns my calls promptly and helps my situation KM Cycle has EARNED my business with SERVICE after the sale, which leads to the next sale. Apparently, rival Sea Doo dealerships do not understand service after the sale is key! KM cycle wanted to charge me $200 to work on a Honda rancher with 6 hrs on it. Service Person stated I didn't buy it from them. Pensacola Motor Sports charged me $54 dollars,,, spark plug issue. Are they working on Okaloosa sheriff dept, and fire dept atvs ? Are they over charging our local agencies these outrages prices taking my tax dollar? KM mechanics don't know jack sh...t, Close your doors
