Contacted Kayvan, met the next day. Visited propberty and signed lease. Moving in in a few daays. All completed in just about 2 weeks. Very professional and easy to work with. Way not expecting to move but he significantly help with his proficient execution of all the necessary papers.

Three commercial real estate companies evaluated my property and two of the companies were pessimistic and said I would have to offer it at a low ball price. Kayvan and his partner, Matt, were interviewed and they said the other companies did not appreciate the real value of the property and put the listing price at $100,000 more than the other companies and we had a full price contract ratified within a week. Kayvan and Matt are organized and are a great team and I recommend them without any reservations.
