There are usually food trucks around or you can BYO-whatever. And no one will look at you funny if you lie down for a nap.
Take DART an hop on a free trolley to get to the park. Save gas and make it adventure.
Not a whole lot there for me, but it does help beautify the city, and it's privately funded, so I'm all for it. Parking is a problem though. The pianos are a really cool touch.
Awesome family place, bring extra clothes for the kids, there is lots of water activities!
