It was horrible the management in hr makes a poorly job in investigating . I was treated very unfair and I feel so sorry the people that are fitters. They are living their lives on an unfair bases we’re if they accidentally make a mistake it can cost them their job. Even the welders there have it bad, on my first day there a welder got sent home. bad management. Do not expect to get a good raise at the end of the year. Not a good schedule, they will make you come during the weekend even if there is no work. Just stay for the experience and move elsewhere. Not worth it

Probably the most poorly ran shop I have ever worked for. Zhoei is an absolute nit case and is on steroids and if you don’t believe me look her up Zhoei Teasley. She is a horrible and they treat you so poorly I feel bad for those that don’t have a choice but to stay. Shame on this business
