It was horrible the management in hr makes a poorly job in investigating . I was treated very unfair and I feel so sorry the people that are fitters. They are living their lives on an unfair bases we’re if they accidentally make a mistake it can cost them their job. Even the welders there have it bad, on my first day there a welder got sent home. My second week working there a welder got fired. Third they just completely cut my overtime I should have seen it coming. The leads gossip about who they want to fire and plot plans... read more

bad management. Do not expect to get a good raise at the end of the year. Not a good schedule, they will make you come during the weekend even if there is no work. Just stay for the experience and move elsewhere. Not worth it
