HORRIBLE. PLEASE SEE PICS. Lowes uses Kluge Brothers for their installs. The carpet has never even been walked on and the carpet is "rolling". Out of warranty period so it doesn't matter that the home has been vacant and it is obviously a terrible install. Lowes can't be gaining any fans using Kluge Bros. I'm calling Lowes corporate next. STAY AWAY FROM KLUGE! No wonder they have a 2.5 rating! UPDATE: Why can't I post pics on this review?
Lowes sent this company to install our new carpet. First, they pretty much destroyed our moisture barrier pad, then gave us an attitude when we asked them to at least follow the installation instructions that are printed on the pad. They installed the pad incorrectly on the stairs. When we tried to get them to come fix it, they gave us a b.s. excuse why they do it that way, and refused. They allowed our roll of carpet to get wet when it started raining. They also tried to tell us that an upstairs linen closet (2'x3') wasn't ... read more
Worst experience ever. The guy comes out to rip out the flooring in my mom's room. Said it was dripping wet and a bio hazard for him to do it because of her older dog. We rip up the floor and it was dry. Won't rip out won't haul away won't do anything. Go literally anywhere else.
Stay away from this company. Lied about the amount of carpet needed and then the installer never showed up. Dispatch claims they can't find him. Still sitting here waiting for them to show up 4 hours later with my whole house packed up. Very dissatisfied. Lowes better find someone else to install their carpet
The backsplash installed was great. They were very efficient time wise too. Four stars because lack of communication.
