This company is absurd! You will get better customer service from a craigslist ad. I cannot wait to see how they respond, because it seems any bad review comes with an excuse or them taking no responsibility. To start, we were told during the showing that cats were allowed, and they would give us a $60 cap on the gas bill, and snow removal was included.
