I had to put my fur baby down & omg the staff made it the best it could be. Under the circumstances, these people were the most kind, compassionate, considerate ppl I have ever dealt with!! Ty ty ty!
We having been taking our fur babies to Tendercare for years and all of the staff we have encountered are so friendly and kind. We recently had to say goodbye to our cat of almost 15 years and I can't say enough about the care we received. Thank you Dr. Lyons for trying to help Ebony be with us a little longer and thank you to Dr. Klopfenstein for the compassion you showed as we said goodbye. God Bless you all for what you do.

We just had our toy poodle groomed and it is the best cut she has ever gotten! Taylor, the new groomer is excellent and we couldn't be happier!

I am completely impressed with the expert and "tender care" provided to my pets. But it didn't stop there. They were so kind, caring and thoughtful toward me. I love the Doctors and staff at Tender Care and would recommend anyone seeking care for their pet or pets to visit them in their Morton or Peoria locations. They're wonderful!
